Finish the §11.6 KV slice: declarative authoring, read-only inspection, the
runtime journey, and docs — plus a forced SDK-name fix.
- SDK name: `shared` is a Rhai RESERVED keyword, so `kv::shared(...)` is a parse
error. Renamed the handle constructor to `kv::shared_collection(...)`
(keeps the user's "shared" intent; unambiguous). Updated everywhere.
- CLI manifest: `collections = [...]` on `[group]` only (ManifestApp has no such
field + deny_unknown_fields → an app manifest carrying it is a hard error);
Manifest::collections() accessor; build_bundle emits it.
- plan/apply: a `collection` row group in `pic plan`; created/deleted counts in
the apply summary; collections threaded through PlanDto/NodePlanDto/
ApplyReportDto.
- read-only `pic collections ls --group` → GET /admin/groups/{id}/collections
(viewer+), backed by ApplyService::collection_report + CollectionInfo.
- journey: a group declares `catalog`; app A writes, app B (same subtree) reads
it back; a sibling-subtree app gets CollectionNotShared; `collections ls` +
re-apply NoOp. Full suite 114/114.
- docs: groups-and-project-tool §11.6 (KV-only MVP shipped + deferrals),
sdk-shape.md (the shared-collection handle + trust model), CLAUDE.md.

- Move the manifest `extension_points` from a top-level key to an `[app]`/
`[group]` node key (`ManifestApp`/`ManifestGroup` + a `Manifest::extension_points()`
accessor). A bare top-level array placed after the node header was silently
re-nested by TOML into that table and dropped; as a node key it parses
unambiguously wherever it sits. build_bundle/pull/init updated.
- Journeys (live server + Postgres): a group default body resolves for an
inheriting app; the app provides its own module and OVERRIDES the EP (the
inverse of the Phase 4b sealed import); `extension-points ls` shows the
provider; a body-less EP with no provider fails `pic plan`.
- Re-bless the schema snapshot (new `extension_points` table).

Two journeys against a live server + Postgres:
- `group_module_is_lexically_sealed_under_inheritance`: a group module +
a group endpoint that imports it, inherited by an app — proves the §5.5
trust boundary (a leaf's same-named module does NOT shadow the inherited
endpoint's import) and app-origin CoW (an app endpoint's import resolves
the app's module).
- `dangling_import_is_rejected_by_plan`: a manifest script importing a
non-existent module is a `pic plan` error.
Docs: mark §5.5 residual resolved + §11 Phase 4b ✅ in the design doc;
update CLAUDE.md current-focus (extension points are the remaining §5.5
piece).

Phase 5 C5. Three `pic ... --dir` tree journeys:
* a group + a nested app apply atomically as one tree (the app's route binds
the group's same-apply `shared` script); the group node's script is
created; re-plan is all-noop (idempotent),
* one invalid node aborts the whole tree — the valid group node's script is
NOT created (true all-or-nothing),
* a `pic groups reparent` between `pic plan --dir` and `pic apply --dir` trips
the bound-plan (StateMoved) check via the tree's structure version.
Docs: `groups-and-project-tool.md` §11.5 status (✅ shipped — single-repo
nested tree apply; multi-repo single-owner + per-env approval gating deferred
per §11.1) + CLAUDE.md current-focus.
Gates: fmt, clippy -D warnings, cargo test --workspace, check-versioning (50

Mark §11.4 ✅ shipped with the live-resolution decision (no body
materialization / invalidation fan-out, mirroring Phase 3's config), the
shipped surface, and the deliberate Phase-4b deferrals (group modules + lexical
import resolver, invoke-by-id, live auto-rebinding). Note the sharp edge:
routes.script_id ON DELETE CASCADE means deleting a group script drops

The groups/project-tool work had no home in the blueprint's version
scheme, two "Phase N" numbering schemes overlapped, and CLAUDE.md's
"current focus" was stale (claimed v1.1.0 SDK foundation; we're at v1.1.9
with the SDK line complete). Reconcile all three:
* blueprint §12 Phase 5 (v1.2, already titled "Advanced Workflows &
Hierarchies") — split into a Hierarchies track (the groups + project
tool initiative, with §11 Phases 1–3 marked shipped) and a Workflows
track, with sequencing flagged as an open call. This gives the work an
explicit version home: the Hierarchies half of v1.2.
* design doc header — Status Draft → Active, "scheduled as the Hierarchies
track of v1.2", and an explicit warning that §11's local Phase 1–6
numbering is distinct from the blueprint product-phase numbering.
* design doc §11.1 — a post-Phase-3 re-sequencing review: resolve Phase 4
scripts LIVE (drop the fan-out-invalidation sub-project, per the Phase 3
result); consider a "Phase 5-lite" (declarative apply of vars/secrets +
app scripts) before the hard group-scripts work; and force the two
deferred decisions (trigger/route templates vs tenant cardinality;
multi-repo ownership vs a single-repo start).
* CLAUDE.md — refresh "current focus" to v1.2 Hierarchies, and correct the
now-broken "every v1.1+ table is app_id NOT NULL" invariant: the new
group-inheritable config tables (vars, secrets) use a polymorphic owner

Phase 3 (group-inherited config) is implemented, so fold the outcome back
into the design doc (per its own "before it drifts" note) — and flag the
one deliberate divergence from the plan.
§5.1 / §11.3 / §12 prescribed a *materialized* per-app effective view with
a generation counter and fan-out invalidation. We shipped **live,
resolve-on-read inheritance** instead: one recursive CTE per
`vars::get`/`secrets::get`/`config/effective`, no cache. The org tree is
small and there was no pre-existing config cache to fight, so this is
cheap and sidesteps §10's unsolved invalidation SLA.
Records, mirroring the Phase 1/2 status blocks:
* a "Status (Phase 3): ✅ shipped" block in §11.3 with the full surface
(0048/0049 schema incl. `apps.environment`, the §3 resolver, vars SDK +
CRUD, group-secret AAD + inherited read, the two secret gates, masked
`config/effective`, `--explain`) and the live-vs-materialized rationale;
* §5.1 runtime-model bullet annotated as the deferred (Phase-4 script
inheritance) design, not Phase-3 runtime;
* §10 "invalidation SLA" and "inherited-membership revocation lag" marked
moot/resolved — no cache means immediate propagation;
* §12 resolver contract + the header framing updated to live resolution.

The architecture spec for the full vision — a declarative project tool
(picloud.toml + pull/plan/apply/prune) and a server-side nested-groups
hierarchy with live-resolve inheritance. Reviewed across several passes
for consistency, gaps, and contradictions; resolutions are folded in
beside the topics they settle.
This commit lands the spec only. The first slice of implementation (the
single-app reconcile foundation) follows; groups, env-scoping, and the
`enabled` toggle are later milestones called out in the doc.

Closes the gaps and the one security finding from the second end-to-end
CLI test (E2E_STASH_REPORT.md), plus the H1 boot-regression found while
re-reviewing those fixes.
Security
- S6: reserved-path validation (`check_reserved`) now case-folds before
comparing, so `/API/v2/x`, `/HEALTHZ`, `/Admin/x` are rejected like
their lowercase forms. Request-time matching stays case-sensitive.
- S10: "public route != public data" callout in sdk-shape.md (script_gate
skips authz when the principal is anonymous).
Observability / features
- G1: trigger executions now write `execution_logs`. Migration 0043 adds
a `source` column (CHECK mirrors ExecutionSource/OutboxSourceKind,
DEFAULT 'http' backfills history); a shared `build_execution_log` helper
in executor-core; dispatcher logging for outbox triggers + queue
consumers (skips sync-HTTP rows the orchestrator already logs). `pic
logs` gains a source column + `--source` filter.
- G5: dev-only in-memory email capture under PICLOUD_DEV_MODE with no SMTP
(email::send succeeds locally), readable at GET /api/v1/admin/dev/emails
(Owner/Admin only; route mounted only in capture mode).
- G6: generalized the Rhai in-place-mutation footgun note (trim/replace/
make_upper/make_lower/crop/truncate/pad return ()).
- G2/G3/G4 (CLI): `pic members`, `pic files`, `pic queues`, read-only
`pic kv` (+ new kv_api.rs); `pic deploy --timeout/--memory/--kind/
--sandbox`; first-class `pic triggers create-{docs,files,pubsub,queue,
email}` wrappers. All new client path segments percent-encoded via seg().
H1 regression fix (found in re-review)
- The S6 change also runs in `compile_routes`, which compiles every stored
route at boot and on each route CRUD. A single stored route the new
validation rejects (creatable while the S6 gap existed) made the whole
compile Err and aborted startup. `compile_routes` is now lenient: it
skips an un-compilable row with a warning instead of bricking boot
(route creation still validates separately). Migration 0044 sweeps
pre-existing reserved-path routes on upgrade (WHERE mirrors
check_reserved exactly). Added regression tests for both.
Verified: cargo fmt, clippy --all-targets --all-features -D warnings, the
schema_snapshot test, and the new S6/lenient-compile unit tests all pass;
boot-resilience and G1/G5 confirmed live.

Addresses findings from an independent review of the gap-closing commits:
- R1 (regression): add #[serde(default)] to HttpDispatchPayload.method so
async-HTTP outbox rows enqueued before the field existed still decode
after upgrade instead of dead-lettering on "missing field `method`".
Adds a regression test for the missing-key path.
- method case: uppercase ctx.request.method at the orchestrator boundary
so it honors its documented "uppercased" contract for extension verbs.
Route matching is already case-insensitive, so matching is unaffected.
- CLI hardening: percent-encode free-form path segments (app slug, topic
name, ids, secret name) in the reqwest client so a value containing
`/ ? #` can't break out of its URL segment. Adds a `seg()` helper +
unit test and applies it uniformly across all path-interpolating
methods (new and pre-existing).
- S1 (docs): correct the users::email_available enumeration framing — it
adds no new vector vs. create's uniqueness error, but is cheaper and
unthrottled; there is no built-in throttle/CAPTCHA primitive, so the
honest mitigation is a kv-based counter. Updated SDK doc-comments,
trait docs, and stdlib-reference.

Plus a revised v1.1.x roadmap: realtime adds at v1.1.6 (was Config &

Rewrites the "When to bump what" section now that the project is
post-1.0. Replaces the pre-1.0 framing with three explicit rules:
- Major: surface major bump on a user-facing contract
- Minor: phase milestone or coherent capability cluster, aligned
with blueprint Phase boundaries (Phase 5 -> v1.2, etc.)
- Patch: bug fixes AND additive-only surface changes
The carve-out (patch for additive surface changes) resolves the
tension with the v1.1.x roadmap: every v1.1.x release adds SDK or
schema surface, and strict "minor product bump per minor surface
bump" would inflate the version faster than the user-perceived
"platform changed" milestones warrant.
Examples updated to reflect post-1.0 numbers and the new policy:
adding KV in v1.1.1 (patch), cutting v1.2 as a phase milestone
(minor), renaming a ctx field (major).

Phase 3.5 ships → product minor bump under pre-1.0 rules (any surface
bump triggers minor). Schema is now 6 (0006_users_authz.sql); API
remains 1 (additive endpoints + new credential type, no breaking
shape changes). docs/versioning.md updated.
main.rs gets warn_on_multi_owner_install() which fires once after
bootstrap when more than one active owner exists — points the
operator at PATCH /admin/admins/{id} for cleanup. Soft-fail on DB
error (does not block startup).
The api-test schema assertion was updated to expect 6.

Apps become the isolation boundary for scripts, routes, domains, and
later data. Doing this now — while the surface is small — avoids
several migrations on populated tables once v1.1 data-plane services
ship.
Schema (migration 0005_apps.sql):
- New tables: apps, app_domains (with shape_key UNIQUE for collision
detection), app_slug_history (for permanent slug-rename redirects).
- app_id added to scripts, routes, execution_logs (non-null, cascading
rules per row).
- Script-name uniqueness becomes per-app; the route unique index is
swapped for an app-scoped version.
- The "default" app is seeded unconditionally with a localhost claim;
existing scripts/routes backfill into it. Fresh installs additionally
get the Hello World seed via seed_hello_world_if_fresh after
migrations run (idempotent — only fires when the default app has no
scripts).
Orchestrator dispatch is two-phase: AppDomainTable resolves Host →
app_id (most-specific match wins, exact beats wildcard), then the
existing route matcher runs against that app's partitioned slice via
RouteTable. Unknown hosts return 404 at the app layer with a clear
message; /api/v1/execute/{id} still works as the implicit
__internal__ claim, decoupled from any public domain.
Manager API: full CRUD for /api/v1/admin/apps/* and
/api/v1/admin/apps/{id_or_slug}/domains/*, with slug:check + force
takeover semantics implementing the rename-history flow (two-step
check → confirm, never a single endpoint). Script create requires
app_id; list accepts ?app= filter. Route create validates host
against the parent app's claims; conflict detection stays strictly
intra-app.
Dashboard: /admin/apps and /admin/apps/{slug} (overview + scripts +
domains + settings tabs, with slug-history-aware redirects). Root
path redirects to the apps list. Script detail page gains an app
breadcrumb and threads app_id into the route preview.
Deferred per design: per-app admin roles. The require_admin middleware
remains the seam where role checks will slot in later.
Blueprint §11.5 and roadmap updated to reflect what shipped; docs/
versioning.md notes the schema 3 → 5 bump.

AST-based pretty-printer: tab-indented, 100-col print width, normalized
operator spacing, predictable reflow of long argument lists, comments
preserved verbatim. Refuses to emit on a parse failure and returns the
first error, so the Edit-tab button mirrors the JSON Format UX —
inline `.error.inline` banner; doc untouched on failure.
Patch bump to `0.5.1` across Cargo.toml workspace.package, the
dashboard package.json, and the docs/versioning.md Current versions
table.
Bundle delta versus the previous build: +6 KB raw, +1.5 KB gzipped.
Cumulative since the start of this work: +28 KB raw, +7.3 KB gzipped —
well under the +100 KB budget.

scripts/check-versioning.sh — POSIX sh, no dependencies, runs in
under a second. Three structural checks that don't need git
history (the parts that do need it stay deferred until we have CI
and a CHANGELOG file):
1. Migration filenames are sequential 0001_*.sql, 0002_*.sql, ...
with no gaps or duplicates. Catches "added migration with
the wrong number" before it reaches review.
2. SDK_VERSION in shared::version parses as MAJOR.MINOR
(numeric, no extra components). Catches accidental
PATCH-style bumps like "1.1.0" that the SemVer-for-SDKs
rule in docs/versioning.md forbids.
3. [workspace.package].version parses as MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH
(numeric). Catches typos in the product version bump
that would silently downgrade everywhere.
Each check prints a precise FAIL message identifying the
offending file/value when it trips. Verified by deliberately
breaking each one and confirming exit=1.
Run manually as `bash scripts/check-versioning.sh` for now; wires
into CI as soon as we have one. Docs/versioning.md updated to
reflect that items (3) and (4) are now in place and (5) is partly
implemented.

Restructures the script detail page from one wall of cards into a
focused four-tab layout. Each tab does one thing well:
* Edit source editor + Test invoke panel (the existing
quick-iteration loop, unchanged in shape)
* Routing routes table + add-route form with live kind
auto-detection + match-preview tool
* Settings name / description / timeout, plus a collapsible
"Advanced sandbox" disclosure with the six Rhai
limits (admin-ceiling-validated server-side)
* Executions the existing log viewer, gets the room it deserves
Why four tabs (not two columns, not one tab per surface, not URL
sub-routes):
* Two columns crowded out the routing UX, which is genuinely
list+form-shaped and wants vertical space.
* URL sub-routes (/scripts/{id}/routing) would let users
bookmark a tab but cost a bunch of router files for a
feature nobody asked for; tab state in $state is one line
and gets us 95% of the UX.
* Sandbox config tucked inside Settings' "Advanced" disclosure
matches the 95%-never-touch reality without hiding it.
Routing tab highlights:
* Path input + path-kind selector with live auto-detect: type
/greet/:name and the kind selector flips to "param"; the
user can override and the backend trusts the override (lets
/greet/:name be matched literally if exact is selected).
* Soft warning when selection mismatches the input shape — not
blocking, with the rationale in the message.
* Host kind auto-detect mirrors the path side (*.example.com →
wildcard; non-empty literal → strict; empty → any).
* Method dropdown defaults to ANY.
* 409 conflicts render inline with the conflicting route's
method/host/path so the user can read both at a glance.
* Match-preview panel: synthetic URL + method → "matches THIS
script" or "matches a DIFFERENT script" or "no match", with
extracted params shown. Powered by /api/v1/admin/routes:match.
* Full URLs in the routes list use the operator's
PICLOUD_PUBLIC_BASE_URL from /version.
Settings tab:
* Name / description / timeout editable from the UI for the
first time (previously only source was).
* "Advanced sandbox" details element collapsed by default;
six number inputs with placeholder "(default)" meaning
"use platform default for this knob". Save sends a fresh
sandbox object; ceiling errors surface as the manager's 422
message inline.
API client (dashboard/src/lib/api.ts):
* Adds `Route`, `RouteInput`, `CheckRouteResponse`,

No backend changes — Commit 3 is purely additive UI on top of the
infrastructure Commits 1 and 2 already shipped.
Bumps: product 0.4.0 → 0.5.0 (user-visible UX change). Schema, SDK,
API, wire unchanged.

Scripts can now answer at user-chosen paths (e.g. /greet, /greet/:name,
/webhooks/*), on user-chosen hosts (strict or *.example.com wildcards),
on user-chosen methods. The internal /api/v1/execute/{id} endpoint
stays as the always-available ID-based bypass.
Routing rules (decided in design with the user; see chat history):
Path kinds:
exact /greet literal
prefix /greet/* strict-subtree; stored as "/greet/";
does NOT match bare /greet (add an
exact route for that case)
param /users/:id :name captures one whole segment;
mid-segment colons are rejected;
{name} is reserved for a future SDK
Host kinds:
any no Host header constraint
strict sub.example.com literal match (case-insensitive)
wildcard *.example.com suffix match; multi-level subdomains OK
Within-kind uniqueness:
two routes of the same kind that could match the same request
conflict at config time. Algorithm (orchestrator_core::routing::
conflict):
exact: literal equality
prefix: literal equality (longer-prefix coexists; longer wins
at request time)
param: same segment count + same literals at every
literal-vs-literal position (the user's example:
:id vs :userId at same shape is a conflict)
Request-time precedence:
exact > param > prefix
among non-exact: more leading-literal segments wins
tie: param > prefix (more constrained)
within prefix: longest matching prefix wins
host bucket: strict > wildcard (longer suffix) > any; fall through
to less specific buckets when path doesn't match
Reserved path prefixes: /api/, /admin/, /healthz, /version
Routes that look invalid at config time return 422 with the precise
parse error; conflicting routes return 409 with the conflicting route
in the body (so the dashboard can render the conflict inline).
What landed:
* 0003_routes.sql — routes table (host_kind, host, host_param_name,
path_kind, path, method, script_id) with UNIQUE index on the
literal binding tuple. Schema 2 → 3.
* shared::Route / HostKind / PathKind — flat storage shape that
crosses wire boundaries cleanly.
* orchestrator_core::routing — four sub-modules, all unit-tested:
pattern.rs (16 tests) parse + validate + display
conflict.rs (12 tests) within-kind overlap predicate
matcher.rs (12 tests) runtime dispatch (specificity-aware)

Stored path strings stay raw (user-typed); normalization
happens only in the in-memory CompiledRoute so re-parses are
idempotent.
* orchestrator_core::api::user_routes_router — fallback handler
mounted in picloud after the system routes. Reads Host /
method / path / query from the request, dispatches via the
table, builds an ExecRequest with params/query/rest filled,
calls the executor, writes to the log sink. 10 MiB body cap.
* executor-core::ctx (SDK 1.0 → 1.1) — adds
ctx.request.params (map of named-param captures)
ctx.request.query (parsed query string)
ctx.request.rest (suffix for prefix routes; "" otherwise)
All three are always present (empty when not applicable) so
scripts can read them unconditionally.
* picloud::build_app — now async; loads routes at startup,
populates the shared table, mounts route_admin_router under
/api/v1/admin alongside the script CRUD, and the user-routes
fallback at the app root.
* caddy/Caddyfile + Caddyfile.prod widened: anything not
/healthz, /version, /api/v1/admin/*, /api/v1/execute/*,
/api/* (404 sunset), or /admin/* (dashboard) → picloud.
* Dashboard moves to /admin/* via SvelteKit paths.base. Its
internal Caddy strips the prefix and serves with SPA fallback.
All in-app links use $app/paths. The dashboard URL is now
http://localhost:8000/admin/ — one-time break for the new
URL freedom users gained.
* PICLOUD_PUBLIC_BASE_URL env var, exposed via /version so the
dashboard renders full URLs for routes regardless of the
operator's external port / TLS setup.
* memory_limit_mb stays in the schema, still v1.3+ advisory.

Adds optional per-script overrides for the six Rhai sandbox knobs
(max_operations, max_string_size, max_array_size, max_map_size,
max_call_levels, max_expr_depth). The executor merges its defaults
with each script's overrides on every call; the manager validates
overrides against an admin-set ceiling at write time, so the
executor trusts whatever is stored.
Storage chose JSONB on the existing scripts table over six new
columns: lets future knobs land as code-only changes, keeps the
sparse common case (most scripts override nothing) cheap to store
and serialize, and matches how the manager + executor pass the
config across the wire.

* shared::ScriptSandbox — six Option<u64> fields with

* manager-core admin API — POST/PUT accept `sandbox`; values
above the ceiling return 422 with the specific field +
requested + ceiling; absent or `{}` keeps platform defaults
* picloud all-in-one — wires SandboxCeiling::from_env() into
AdminState
* memory_limit_mb stays in the schema, marked v1.3+ advisory
(no enforcement until OS-level isolation lands with
cluster-mode executors)
Verified live through Caddy:

Establish how versions are assigned, bumped, and checked across the
five things that actually change for users: the product itself, the
Rhai SDK, the HTTP API, the database schema, and the inter-service
wire (reserved for cluster mode). Crates ship in lockstep — drift
between picloud-shared and picloud-manager-core is fiction since
they always release together — but surfaces are versioned and
checked at their natural boundaries.
* docs/versioning.md is the authoritative reference: what gets a
version, the per-surface compatibility rules, how each surface
bump cascades to the product version (loose pre-1.0, strict
post-1.0), and the five enforcement mechanisms (lockstep at
compile time, /version at runtime, golden SDK contract tests,
migration replay, CI guardrail).
* shared::version exposes four constants — PRODUCT_VERSION (from
CARGO_PKG_VERSION), SDK_VERSION ("1.0"), API_VERSION (1),
WIRE_VERSION (1). Scripts read SDK_VERSION as ctx.sdk_version
and can feature-detect against it.
* Workspace inheritance: `[workspace.package] version = "0.2.0"`
is the single point of truth; every crate uses
`version.workspace = true`. dashboard/package.json mirrors.
* Routes move to /api/v1/* — both control plane
(/api/v1/admin/*) and data plane (/api/v1/execute/{id}).
Picloud composes them via a single `/api/v{API_VERSION}` nest,
so the next major is a copy-paste-and-bump. Caddyfile (dev and
prod) routes /api/v1/* to picloud and 404s any other /api/*
so old clients fail loudly instead of getting the SPA shell.
Dashboard client + integration tests updated.
* /healthz remains a plain "ok" string (k8s probes); /version is
the new JSON endpoint returning every surface version in one
place — product, sdk, api, schema (from
manager-core::migrations::latest_version), wire.
* Reasonable bump rationale: API path changes are breaking by
definition, so 0.1.0 → 0.2.0 (pre-1.0 license to bump minor on
any breaking change). SDK starts at 1.0 because scripts depend
on it more strictly than the product depends on its internals;
we'd rather promise SDK stability early than pull the rug.
Verified live:
* /healthz → "ok" (plain text)
* /version → {product:"0.2.0",sdk:"1.0",api:1,schema:1,wire:1}
* /api/v1/admin/scripts → 200
* /api/admin/scripts → 404 with error JSON (sunset major)
* Script can read ctx.sdk_version → "1.0"

Sets up the PiCloud monorepo as a Cargo workspace organised around the
three-service architecture (manager / orchestrator / executor), each
backed by a *-core library crate so the same logic powers both the MVP
all-in-one `picloud` binary and the future split-process cluster mode.
* crates/shared, executor-core, orchestrator-core, manager-core
define the library surface and trait seams between the three
services (`ExecutorClient`, `ScriptResolver`, `ScriptRepository`).
* crates/picloud is the MVP entrypoint; serves /healthz on 8080
(override via PICLOUD_BIND).
* crates/picloud-{manager,orchestrator,executor} are skeleton
binaries that keep the crate boundaries honest until cluster
mode is built out in v1.3+.
* docs/git-workflow.md defines the trunk-based workflow:
short-lived branches, Conventional Commits, separate hotfix
flow with mandatory reproduction tests.
* CLAUDE.md captures the working rules for future Claude sessions.
Workspace passes `cargo fmt`, `cargo clippy -D warnings` (with
pedantic enabled), and `cargo test --workspace`. The all-in-one
binary responds on `/healthz` and `/`.
