6d35eaad92 fix(dashboard): F-U-013 add Refresh + 5s auto-refresh toggle on queues overview
Queue depths change continuously; the page was a load-time snapshot
with no way to update without a hard refresh. Dead-letters has a
Refresh button; queues didn't.

Add:
- A Refresh button that re-fires loadQueues() (and shows "Refreshing…"
  while in-flight).
- An "Auto-refresh every 5s" checkbox. setInterval lifecycle is
  managed via onDestroy so navigating away cancels cleanly.

Queue-detail page is unchanged in this commit; same pattern can be
applied there in a follow-up.

6298c7d21c fix(dashboard): F-U-009 add download link + copy-id button per file row
Listing showed name/content-type/size/created/id; only mutation was
Delete. No download link, no copy-id button (the UUID was rendered
unclickable), no preview, no metadata refresh. Operators had to use
the admin API directly.

- Add api.files.downloadUrl(slug, collection, id) helper that builds
  the admin GET URL. The anchor uses HTML `download` so the browser
  saves with the original filename.
- Add a ⧉ copy-id button next to the UUID column using
  navigator.clipboard.writeText. Silently no-ops where the browser
  doesn't expose clipboard (plain-http LAN).
- Preview / metadata-refresh are deferred to a UI overhaul.

cd0cd8464c fix(dashboard): F-U-018 allow owners to invite owners directly
The invite-user modal offered only admin/member radios. Owner could
only be granted by editing an existing user — asymmetric with
editRoleOptions which lets owners assign owner directly. The original
intention was preventing the first-owner footgun but the asymmetry
was confusing.

Show the Owner radio only when me?.instance_role === 'owner'. The
help text ("Owners can't be created here — promote via Edit") still
shows for non-owner admins so the friction is preserved where it
matters.

c072d0474c fix(dashboard): F-U-007 ConfirmModal for route deletion (replace native confirm/alert)
scripts/[id]'s removeRoute used window.confirm('Delete this route?')
and surfaced errors via window.alert(). The rest of the dashboard had
adopted ConfirmModal for this exact case — the browser modal was
unstyled, couldn't show route detail, and the alert dead-end made
errors hard to recover from.

Rebuild around ConfirmModal:
- requestRemoveRoute(route) opens the modal carrying the full Route.
- The modal body shows `method path` plus `on host` if host-bound.
- A muted line explains the consequence ("Existing inbound requests
  will 404 on this path immediately").
- Errors surface inline via removeRouteError instead of `alert()`.

37c21f0efd fix(dashboard): F-U-006 surface trigger.enabled with a "• disabled" pill
Trigger.enabled is a boolean on the DTO and the backend supports
disabled triggers, but the trigger list never showed the state.
Operators couldn't tell from the UI whether a trigger was paused.

Add a small "• disabled" pill next to the kind badge when
t.enabled === false, with a tooltip explaining the consequence. No
PATCH endpoint yet for enabled, so toggle UI is tracked separately
as a follow-up.

86698afc24 fix(dashboard): F-U-008 + F-U-014 back-link to app slug, public_base_url for webhook
F-U-008: scripts/[id]'s "← Scripts" back-link used `base + '/'` which
the root page redirects to /apps. The breadcrumb already resolves
appSlug; switch the back-link to `{base}/apps/{appSlug}` (falling back
to `{base}/apps` when appSlug isn't loaded yet).

F-U-014: emailInboundUrl built the webhook URL from
window.location.origin — wrong when the admin browses via an internal
LAN address but the public webhook URL is on a different host.
VersionInfo.public_base_url already exists for exactly this case; the
apps/[slug] page now loads /version alongside the app fetch and
prefers public_base_url for the webhook URL display. Falls back to
window.location.origin if /version hasn't loaded.

e9f1b835f8 fix(dashboard): F-S-014 warn on any permissiveness increase in topic edit modal
editFlipToExternal warned only on the internal → external transition.
Switching `token → public` or `session → public` while already external
is equally risky (opens topic to anonymous subscribers) but produced
no warning.

Replace with editPermissivenessChange that ranks the (external, auth_mode)
pair on a 0..3 scale and fires the warning whenever the resulting rank
strictly exceeds the current one:
  0 internal (any auth)
  1 external + session
  2 external + token
  3 external + public

Keep `editFlipToExternal` as an alias pointing at the new derived so
nothing downstream breaks.

6d58178f68 fix(dashboard): F-U-003 surface known collection patterns on the Files page
The Files page could only list a collection if the operator already
knew its name and typed it in. No "browse known collections" affordance,
no backend endpoint listing collections.

Closest approximation without new backend: pull registered files-trigger
collection_globs from the existing triggers list and surface them as:
- a <datalist> on the collection input for autocomplete
- chip buttons under the form that one-click set the input

Empty state copy points the operator at the Triggers tab. Backend
endpoint to list known collections directly is still a v1.1.10+ task.

Styling uses the F-U-004 :root tokens so it inherits the dark theme.

99558e1987 fix(dashboard): F-U-001 add KV / Docs / Files / Dead-letter trigger create forms
Backend triggers_api.rs has long exposed POST /apps/{id}/triggers/{kv,
docs,files,dead_letter}; the dashboard Triggers tab shipped create
forms only for cron / pubsub / email / queue. Listing showed kv/docs/
files/dead_letter rows but operators couldn't create them from the UI.

This commit adds:
- 4 new CreateXxxTriggerInput types in api.ts.
- 4 new api.triggers.createXxx methods.
- 4 new submitCreateXxx functions in apps/[slug]/+page.svelte.
- 4 new <form class="create-form"> sections under the queue form.

KV / Docs / Files share the (script_id, collection_glob, ops[]) shape
with checkbox UI for the per-kind ops (insert/update/delete vs
create/update/delete). Dead-letter takes (script_id, source_filter,
trigger_id_filter, script_id_filter) — all but script_id optional, with
"leaving blank routes every dead-letter to this script" inline help.

`npm run check` clean (only pre-existing tests/e2e/* Playwright errors
remain, documented out-of-scope in the AUDIT.md methodology notes).

c63c5cc275 fix(dashboard): F-U-002 queue drilldown consumer link points to scripts/{id}
The dashboard route tree has scripts at /scripts/[id], not under
apps/[slug]/scripts. The queue-drilldown page linked to a non-existent
app-scoped scripts route, so clicking the consumer-script name 404'd.

Reverts the link to {base}/scripts/{detail.consumer.script_id}, matching
how every other place in the dashboard navigates to a script page.

ae5cf80426 fix(dashboard): F-U-004 define :root CSS-variable palette so per-page fallbacks unreachable
Five dashboard pages (dead-letters, files, users, invitations, queues)
reference CSS custom properties like var(--text-muted, #666),
var(--bg-secondary, #f5f5f5), var(--border, #e0e0e0),
var(--color-link) that the dashboard never defined — so users saw the
light-theme fallbacks: #666 text on #f5f5f5 backgrounds, borders that
disappeared, a white-on-red error banner. The dashboard otherwise
renders with the slate-900 dark palette.

Define a :root token set in routes/+layout.svelte using the slate
shades already used inline elsewhere. Per-page styles stop hitting
their fallbacks; the dark theme renders consistently everywhere.

No per-page CSS touched — the tokens cover every fallback already in
use (audited via grep across the five pages cited in the AUDIT.md).
Adds a few extra tokens (danger/success/warning) so future pages have a
single source of truth instead of inline hex.

`npm run check` shows no new errors (the pre-existing 149 errors in
tests/e2e/* from missing @playwright/test were documented out-of-scope
in the AUDIT.md methodology notes).

- TriggerKind gains 'queue'
- TriggerDetails gains { kind: 'queue', queue_name, visibility_timeout_secs, last_fired_at }
- CreateQueueTriggerInput, QueueSummary, QueueConsumer, QueueDetail
- api.triggers.createQueue(idOrSlug, input) -> POST /admin/.../triggers/queue
- api.queues.list(idOrSlug) -> GET /admin/.../queues
- api.queues.get(idOrSlug, name) -> GET /admin/.../queues/{name}

New routes:
- /apps/[slug]/queues — read-only list view (queue_name, total, pending,
  claimed, drilldown link); empty state explains how queues are created
  (first enqueue) and that consumers register via the Triggers tab
- /apps/[slug]/queues/[name] — drilldown showing depth + registered
  consumer (script name + visibility timeout + last_fired_at + trigger
  id); empty consumer state surfaces clearly

App detail page (src/routes/apps/[slug]/+page.svelte):
- New "Queues" link in the app-level nav between Files and Dead letters
- Triggers tab gains a "Queue:receive trigger (v1.1.9)" form alongside
  cron/pubsub/email — target script select, queue_name, visibility
  timeout (5–3600s, default 30), max_attempts (1–20, default 3)
- Trigger list renders queue triggers with queue_name + visibility
  timeout + last_fired_at

dashboard/package.json: 0.14.0 -> 0.15.0

npm run check — all queue/invoke-related code typechecks clean; the
existing Playwright test errors (149 unrelated) carry forward unchanged.

ff4f443531 feat(v1.1.8): F3 realtime auth_mode = 'session' (migration 0033)
Migration 0033 widens topics.auth_mode CHECK to include 'session'
alongside 'public' and 'token'.

TopicAuthMode enum gains a Session variant (as_str + from_db
extended uniformly).

RealtimeAuthorityImpl now takes Arc<dyn UsersService> as a third
constructor arg. The Session branch of authorize_subscribe
delegates to UsersService::verify_session_for_realtime(app_id,
token):
  * Returns Some(user) → allow. The service bumps the sliding TTL
    on success.
  * Returns None → Unauthorized.
  * Defense-in-depth: even though verify_session_for_realtime
    already enforces cross-app isolation, the branch re-checks
    user.app_id == app_id.

Tests added (4 new cases): valid session token allows; missing
token is Unauthorized; wrong token is Unauthorized; cross-app
session token is Unauthorized. All 12 realtime_authority tests
pass.

Dashboard: TopicAuthMode TypeScript union widened to include
'session'; the topic create + edit forms gain a third radio option
labeled "session — requires a per-app user session minted by
users::login (v1.1.8)".

picloud binary: construction order reshuffled so users is built
before realtime_authority. app_secrets_repo is now .clone()'d into
the pubsub realtime wiring so the original Arc can be re-used by
realtime_authority.

6449cb6f6a feat(v1.1.8): dashboard Users tab + Invitations sub-tab
apps/[slug]/users/+page.svelte: list, create form, edit modal,
revoke-sessions, reset-password (returns one-shot token in a copy
modal so the admin can paste it into a manual reset link), delete.

apps/[slug]/users/invitations/+page.svelte: pending list, create
form (with optional inline email template — off by default for
out-of-band delivery), revoke.

Tab strip in apps/[slug]/+page.svelte gets a Users entry above
Files, matching the external-route pattern files/ and dead-letters/
already use. Sub-tab navigation from Users -> Invitations and back.

api.ts gains AppUser / Invitation / ResetPasswordResponse /
CreateAppUserInput / PatchAppUserInput / InvitationTemplate /
CreateInvitationInput types and `users` + `appInvitations`
namespaces mirroring the appMembers shape.

svelte-check is green on every file under src/. The 150 errors
the runner reports are all pre-existing in tests/e2e/ (missing
@playwright/test install — unrelated to v1.1.8 changes).

1f78937dd2 feat(v1.1.7-email-inbound): webhook receiver + email:receive trigger
Inbound email: a provider POSTs a normalized JSON message to
POST /api/v1/email-inbound/{app_id}/{trigger_id}; the public receiver
verifies the optional HMAC signature, builds a TriggerEvent::Email, and
enqueues an outbox row the dispatcher delivers like any async trigger.
Handlers see ctx.event.email = #{from,to,cc,subject,text,html,
received_at,message_id}.

- migration 0024: widen triggers.kind + outbox.source_kind CHECKs to
  'email'; new email_trigger_details table.
- TriggerKind::Email, TriggerDetails::Email{has_inbound_secret},
  OutboxSourceKind::Email, TriggerEvent::Email; dispatcher routes the
  email row via the generic resolve_trigger path.
- Admin POST /apps/{id}/triggers/email (validate_trigger_target; module
  + cross-app rejection). inbound_secret is stored ENCRYPTED via the
  master key (deviation from the brief's plaintext default; decrypted
  per inbound request — see HANDBACK §7).
- Dashboard: email trigger form on the Triggers tab + webhook URL +
  expected-payload help.
- 8 DB-gated e2e tests (202/401/404/422/cross-app/handler-fire) +
  receiver unit tests (HMAC verify, secret round-trip, payload parse).

2d11090d1a feat(v1.1.7-secrets): secrets SDK + table + admin API + dashboard
Encrypted per-app secrets, reachable from scripts as
secrets::{get,set,delete,list}(name) and managed from the dashboard
Secrets tab. Values are AES-256-GCM-sealed with the process master key
(picloud_shared::crypto) before they touch Postgres; the repo only ever
sees ciphertext + nonce. JSON round-trip preserves Rhai types.

- migration 0023_secrets.sql (PRIMARY KEY (app_id, name)).
- SecretsService trait (picloud-shared) + SecretsServiceImpl + repo
  (manager-core), wired into the Services bundle and Rhai engine.
- Capability::AppSecretsRead/Write (→ script:read / script:write); no
  new Scope variants (seven-scope commitment).
- Admin API GET/POST/DELETE /apps/{id}/secrets (list returns names +
  updated_at, never values).
- build_app now takes a MasterKey, sourced from PICLOUD_SECRET_KEY in
  main.rs; test callers pass a fixed test key.
- 64 KB value cap (PICLOUD_SECRET_MAX_VALUE_BYTES); no ServiceEvent
  emission (secret writes don't fire triggers, by design).

fcbcc576a2 feat(v1.1.6): realtime channels + v1.1.5 follow-ups + version bumps
Server-side realtime SSE on per-app pub/sub topics, plus the three
v1.1.5 follow-ups and the version bumps.

Realtime:
- topics registry (0021) + admin endpoints + Capability::AppTopicManage
  (-> app:admin; no new scope).
- GET /realtime/topics/{topic} SSE endpoint (orchestrator-core data
  plane): Host -> app, RealtimeAuthority gate (404 missing/internal,
  401 bad/absent token), broadcast::Receiver stream + heartbeat.
- RealtimeBroadcaster / RealtimeEvent / RealtimeAuthority traits
  (picloud-shared); InProcessBroadcaster + GC (orchestrator-core);
  DB-backed RealtimeAuthorityImpl (manager-core). Publish path fans out
  to in-process subscribers after the durable outbox commit (best-effort,
  panic-isolated).
- HMAC subscriber tokens (subscriber_token.rs) + app_secrets table (0022)
  + pubsub::subscriber_token SDK (schema 1.6 -> 1.7). TTL clamp + env
  overrides.
- Dashboard Topics tab (register/list/edit/delete, prominent external
  badge, flip confirmation).

v1.1.5 follow-ups:
- Empty blobs accepted (NewFile/FileUpdate::validate) + round-trip test.
- Orphan *.tmp.* sweeper (spawn_files_orphan_sweep).
- Dispatcher e2e tests, one per trigger kind (DATABASE_URL-gated).

Versions: workspace 1.1.6, SDK 1.7, dashboard 0.12.0. Schema-snapshot
golden re-blessed.

834c787ee1 feat(v1.1.5): pubsub::publish_durable SDK + pubsub:* triggers
Durable pub/sub through the universal outbox — the sixth trigger kind.

- `pubsub::publish_durable(topic, message)` Rhai SDK (no handle; topics
  ARE the grouping unit). Message JSON-encoded; Blobs base64 at any
  depth.
- `PubsubService` trait in picloud-shared with the topic matcher +
  validator (exact / `<prefix>.*` / `*`; mid-pattern wildcards
  rejected). `PostgresPubsubRepo` + `PubsubServiceImpl` in manager-core.
- Publish-time fan-out: one outbox row per matching enabled pubsub
  trigger, all in ONE transaction (no half-fan-out on crash). No
  matching trigger → publish succeeds silently, zero rows.
- `pubsub:*` trigger kind via Layout-E (0020: widen both CHECKs +
  pubsub_trigger_details + partial index), TriggerEvent::Pubsub +
  ctx.event.pubsub, dispatcher arm, admin endpoint POST /triggers/pubsub
  (validates topic pattern + reuses validate_trigger_target).
- AppPubsubPublish capability → script:write (seven-scope held).
- Dashboard Pub/Sub trigger form on the Triggers tab + list rendering.

publish_ephemeral stays deferred to v1.2. ~18 new tests (service
in-memory incl. transactional-rollback, shared matcher, bridge
encoding). No DB required for the suite.

6e132b6ee0 feat(v1.1.5): files SDK + files:* triggers
Filesystem-backed blob storage as the fifth concrete trigger kind.

- `files::collection(c).{create,head,get,update,delete,list}` Rhai SDK
  (blob in/out; metadata maps; missing-field throws naming the field).
- `FilesService` trait in picloud-shared; `FsFilesRepo` (atomic
  write: temp→fsync→rename→fsync-dir→DB; single-pass SHA-256;
  checksum-verified reads → Corrupted) + `FilesServiceImpl` in
  manager-core. Metadata in Postgres (0018), bytes on disk under
  PICLOUD_FILES_ROOT with 0o700 shard dirs.
- `files:*` trigger kind via the Layout-E pattern (0019: widen both
  CHECKs + files_trigger_details), TriggerEvent::Files (metadata only,
  no bytes), emit_files fan-out, dispatcher arm, admin endpoint
  POST /triggers/files (reuses validate_trigger_target).
- AppFilesRead/AppFilesWrite capabilities → script:read/script:write
  (seven-scope commitment held). AppPubsubPublish reserved for v1.1.6.
- Admin files API (list + delete) + dashboard Files view per app.

Cross-app isolation keyed on cx.app_id at every layer. ~45 new tests
(service in-memory, fs tempdir, bridge integration). No DB required
for the suite. publish_ephemeral and the orphan sweep stay deferred.

10b5f655d5 feat(v1.1.4): outbound HTTP SDK + cron triggers
HTTP (`http::*`):
- `HttpService` trait (picloud-shared) + reqwest-backed `HttpServiceImpl`
  (manager-core), wired into the `Services` bundle.
- SSRF deny-list applied to the resolved IP via a custom reqwest
  `dns_resolver` (covers every redirect hop + defeats DNS rebinding) plus
  a literal-IP check at URL-parse time. Scheme/port restrictions, request
  + response body caps (stream-with-cap), layered timeout. Error reason is
  a CIDR category, never the IP. `PICLOUD_HTTP_ALLOW_PRIVATE` dev override
  (logs a startup warning).
- Rhai bridge with three-arg split `verb(url, body, opts)` (resolves the
  brief's body-vs-opts contradiction; unknown opt keys throw). Body
  dispatch by type; response `#{status,headers,body,body_raw}` with JSON
  auto-parse; non-2xx does not throw.
- `Capability::AppHttpRequest` → existing `script:write` scope (no new
  Scope variant). `SdkCallCx` gains `script_id` (attribution + User-Agent).

Cron triggers (4th trigger kind):
- Migration 0017 widens the kind/source_kind CHECKs and adds
  `cron_trigger_details`. `cron`/`chrono-tz` parse + validate 6-field
  schedules and IANA timezones.
- `spawn_cron_scheduler` polls due triggers and enqueues to the universal
  outbox; the dispatcher delivers them (one-line match-arm extension).
  Catch-up fires exactly once per trigger per tick, not once per missed
  window. `ctx.event.cron` for handlers.
- `POST /api/v1/admin/apps/{id}/triggers/cron` reuses the v1.1.3
  cross-app + kind!=module target check.
- Dashboard: admin-gated Triggers tab (cron create form + list).

Follow-ups: redact module backend errors at the resolver boundary (log
original at error level); pin `rhai = "=1.24"`; CHANGELOG incl. retroactive
v1.1.3 cross-app-trigger security note. Version bumps: workspace 1.1.4,
SDK 1.5, dashboard 0.10.0.

610fd4ffa2 feat(v1.1.3-modules): dashboard kind dropdown + scripts-list and detail badges
- `Script` type gains `kind: 'endpoint' | 'module'`. `CreateScriptInput`
  + `UpdateScriptInput` carry an optional `kind` field.
- App page's script-create form grows a kind dropdown next to Name +
  Description. Selecting "module" surfaces a hint that modules cannot
  bind to routes / triggers.
- Scripts list renders a small badge after the version: blue
  "endpoint" or purple "module".
- Script detail page renders the same badge next to the H1.

`npm run check` passes (0 errors, 0 warnings).

1795dfc98a feat(v1.1.1-dead-letters): dashboard badge + list view
Design notes §4 makes the dashboard surface load-bearing — with no
default DL handler, users wouldn't know dead letters exist
otherwise.

New route: `apps/[slug]/dead-letters/+page.svelte` — list view
columns per the design notes:
- `created_at`, `source`, `op`, `script_id`, `attempt_count`,

Per-app detail page (`apps/[slug]/+page.svelte`) grows a "Dead
letters" link in the tabs nav, with a red unresolved-count pill
when > 0. Loaded in parallel with the existing app loaders so it
doesn't slow the page.

Apps list (`apps/+page.svelte`) shows the same red pill next to
each app's name when its unresolved count > 0. Counts fetched in
parallel after the apps list lands; failures here are non-fatal
(just no badge).

API client wiring: `api.deadLetters.{count,list,get,replay,resolve}`
mirrors the v1.1.1 admin endpoints. `DeadLetterRow` type added to
the dashboard's API shape declarations.

dashboard's svelte-check passes (369 files, 0 errors, 0 warnings).

a9fc838577 fix(dashboard): redirect after a member removes themselves
A member-with-app_admin who removes their own membership keeps a now-
broken Members tab open until reload — `myRole` is only computed once
in `loadApp`, and the next `/apps/{slug}` fetch would 403 anyway.

After the DELETE succeeds, if the removed user is the caller, navigate
back to /apps instead of refreshing the local member list.

816a13b920 feat(dashboard): Members tab on the app detail page
A new "Members" tab is rendered between Domains and Settings for
callers whose `my_role` on the app is `app_admin` (owners always;
explicit member-app_admins; admins do not see it — they're only
implicit editors and can't manage memberships).

The tab lets the caller:

- See every explicit member of the app with username, email, instance-
  role chip, app-role chip, and joined date. Inactive users render
  greyed-out so admins know the row exists.
- Pick a `member`-instance user from a dropdown and grant viewer /
  editor / app_admin access. The dropdown is populated from
  `/admin/admins` filtered to active members not already on the app.
- Promote / demote / remove existing members via the shared
  `ActionMenu` kebab. Removal goes through `ConfirmModal`.

Member-with-app_admin callers see a disabled add form with an
explanatory message — they have authority to manage memberships but
can't browse the user directory (gated on `InstanceManageUsers`),
which is a known phase-3.5 caveat to revisit in a follow-up.

Also extends `RoleChip` with an `appRole` prop and palette for app
roles, and adds an `appMembers` namespace to api.ts mirroring the
`domains` shape.

700ae7b7d1 feat(dashboard): users admin page with invite/edit/delete + password reveal
/admin/users is the owner+admin surface for managing the platform's
user list. Members get bounced to /profile?denied=users.

Invite generates a random 16-char password client-side, POSTs the
new user, and surfaces the cleartext exactly once in a yellow-
bordered reveal modal with a Copy button and an "I've shared it"
acknowledgement gate. Owner role is intentionally not in the create
form — promote via Edit after creation, matching the backend's
deliberate-step comment.

Edit handles username, email, role (with affordance hiding: admins
see admin/member only), is_active toggle, and a separate "Reset
password" button that re-uses the same reveal flow. Delete uses
ConfirmModal with confirmPhrase=username and explains the
last-owner/last-admin 422s up front.

Username + email validated client-side against the same patterns
the backend enforces so the form fails fast rather than always
on the round-trip.

Minting reveals the raw token exactly once in a yellow-bordered
panel with a Copy button and an "I've saved it" acknowledgement
gate before the Done button enables, matching the spec's one-shot
secret-display pattern.

Live mirrors the backend bound-key guard: picking an app from the
binding dropdown drops any instance:* scopes from the selection and
greys out their checkboxes with a tooltip, so submit never hits a
422 on that case.

Also surfaces a one-shot info banner when /admin/users redirects a
member here with ?denied=users.

a393f11344 feat(dashboard): auto-slug app names and infer route host kind from input
Two related polish passes on forms the operator hits most.

App create form: the slug field used to come before the name field and
demanded the operator hand-roll a valid slug. Now the name field comes
first and the slug is derived from it live, GitLab-style — Unicode
NFKD-decomposed, combining marks stripped (so `Café` → `cafe`), `ß`
mapped to `ss`, non-`[a-z0-9]` runs collapsed to `-`, trimmed and capped
at the backend's 63-char limit. The auto-sync releases as soon as the
operator edits the slug manually, and re-engages if they clear it. The
slug input itself runs every keystroke and paste through the same
normalizer, so dirty input never reaches the form state.

Route create form: the three-way host-kind `<select>` plus a sometimes-
disabled input was confusing — operators routinely picked the wrong
kind, typed a host the app didn't claim, and only saw the error after
hitting Create. Replace with a single text input that infers the kind
from what's there (`*` → any, `*.foo.com` → wildcard, `foo.com` →
strict), shows the detected kind as a colored chip beside the field, and
suggests the app's existing domain claims via a `<datalist>`. The same
matching logic the backend runs in `validate_route_host_against_app`
now lives in `route-utils.ts` so the form can surface a soft "not
covered by any claim" warning *before* submit. Path also pre-fills to
`/` so the most common case is one click away.

Lockfile drift from `npm install` (pre-existing 0.5.0 → 0.5.1 version
sync, npm metadata cleanup) is folded in here since it surfaced during
this work.

ad5492a4bd feat(manager-core,dashboard): cascading app delete with styled confirmation modal
Deleting an app used to require zero scripts and zero domain claims —
practical for empty apps, painful for anything else. Add an opt-in
cascade so the operator can wipe an app in one click while keeping the
safe default for the no-flag case.

Backend: `DELETE /api/v1/admin/apps/{id}?force=true` runs a single
transaction that removes every script in the app (routes and execution
logs cascade via `script_id` FK), then deletes the app row (domains and
slug-history cascade off it). Without `?force=true` the handler still
returns the same `409 HasScripts { script_count }` payload it always did.

Frontend: a new `ConfirmModal.svelte` replaces the bare `window.confirm`
on this page. It's reusable — danger/neutral variants, optional
GitHub-style "type the slug to confirm" gate, ESC/backdrop cancel,
busy state, and a generic body slot — so future destructive actions can
adopt the same pattern instead of growing more browser dialogs. The app
delete confirmation now spells out exactly what disappears (script
count, domain claim list, "all routes & logs") and only enables the red
button once the slug is retyped. The domain-claim delete is also
wired through the modal so this page no longer uses `window.confirm`
anywhere.

4c41374db4 feat(manager-core,orchestrator-core): multi-app scoping (Phase 3b)
Apps become the isolation boundary for scripts, routes, domains, and
later data. Doing this now — while the surface is small — avoids
several migrations on populated tables once v1.1 data-plane services
ship.

Schema (migration 0005_apps.sql):
- New tables: apps, app_domains (with shape_key UNIQUE for collision
  detection), app_slug_history (for permanent slug-rename redirects).
- app_id added to scripts, routes, execution_logs (non-null, cascading
  rules per row).
- Script-name uniqueness becomes per-app; the route unique index is
  swapped for an app-scoped version.
- The "default" app is seeded unconditionally with a localhost claim;
  existing scripts/routes backfill into it. Fresh installs additionally
  get the Hello World seed via seed_hello_world_if_fresh after
  migrations run (idempotent — only fires when the default app has no
  scripts).

Orchestrator dispatch is two-phase: AppDomainTable resolves Host →
app_id (most-specific match wins, exact beats wildcard), then the
existing route matcher runs against that app's partitioned slice via
RouteTable. Unknown hosts return 404 at the app layer with a clear
message; /api/v1/execute/{id} still works as the implicit
__internal__ claim, decoupled from any public domain.

Manager API: full CRUD for /api/v1/admin/apps/* and
/api/v1/admin/apps/{id_or_slug}/domains/*, with slug:check + force
takeover semantics implementing the rename-history flow (two-step
check → confirm, never a single endpoint). Script create requires
app_id; list accepts ?app= filter. Route create validates host
against the parent app's claims; conflict detection stays strictly
intra-app.

Dashboard: /admin/apps and /admin/apps/{slug} (overview + scripts +
domains + settings tabs, with slug-history-aware redirects). Root
path redirects to the apps list. Script detail page gains an app
breadcrumb and threads app_id into the route preview.

Deferred per design: per-app admin roles. The require_admin middleware
remains the seam where role checks will slot in later.

Blueprint §11.5 and roadmap updated to reflect what shipped; docs/
versioning.md notes the schema 3 → 5 bump.

6891496589 feat(manager-core): admin auth gate (Phase 3a)
Closes the regression risk of the admin API and dashboard being open
to anyone reaching the bound port. Required foundation before v1.1
data-plane services land.

Per-user accounts (admin_users), Argon2id passwords, env-var bootstrap
of the first admin that becomes inert once any admin exists, opaque
32-byte session token doubling as bearer credential, 24h sliding TTL
configurable via PICLOUD_SESSION_TTL_HOURS. is_active column lets
admins be deactivated without losing audit history; last-active-admin
guard on DELETE and on PATCH that flips is_active to false (sessions
also wiped on deactivation).

require_admin middleware fronts every /api/v1/admin/* route. The data
plane (/api/v1/execute/{id}), /healthz, /version, and user routes
stay open. picloud admin reset-password <username> subcommand handles
recovery without going through HTTP.

Dashboard gains /admin/login and /admin/admins surfaces, a top-bar
user menu, and a token store with a localStorage echo so refreshes
don't sign you out. Cookie-based auth works in parallel for non-SPA
clients.

Forward compatibility: future RBAC tables (admin_roles,
admin_user_roles) join on admin_users.id; the auth middleware is the
seam where role checks slot in. Email, 2FA, passkeys, and personal
API tokens are all additive without touching admin_users.

Blueprint §11.4 updated to reflect what actually shipped.

3d4c7b160b fix(dashboard): preserve blank lines and improve Rhai parser errors
Two follow-ups on the Rhai formatter shipped in 0.5.1.

* Formatter no longer collapses user-intent blank lines between
  statements. The lexer now records a side-channel list of offsets
  where the source contained two-or-more consecutive newlines; the
  formatter consults it and emits a single blank in the same spot
  (rustfmt's `blank_lines_upper_bound = 1` policy applied strictly —
  the prior forced blank between top-level `fn` decls is dropped, so
  the formatter never *adds* a blank the user didn't write).
* Parse errors now read like Rhai's own diagnostics. `expect()` takes
  an optional `role` hint and each call site supplies a domain phrase
  (`name of a variable`, `function name in function declaration`,
  `'{' to begin a block`, `name of a property`, …). End-of-input is
  reported as `script is incomplete`. The dashboard banner renders
  `Parse error: {message} (line L, position C)` with 1-based
  coordinates, matching Rhai's format exactly.

The FormatError payload also keeps the byte `offset` so callers that
want to drive the editor cursor (CodeMirror works in offsets) still
have it.

Also folds the workspace Cargo.lock version bumps for 0.5.1 — the
lock-file rewrite that should have travelled with the prior commit.

inline `.error.inline` banner; doc untouched on failure.

Patch bump to `0.5.1` across Cargo.toml workspace.package, the
dashboard package.json, and the docs/versioning.md Current versions
table.

Bundle delta versus the previous build: +6 KB raw, +1.5 KB gzipped.
Cumulative since the start of this work: +28 KB raw, +7.3 KB gzipped —
well under the +100 KB budget.

a80e6d1ca4 feat(dashboard): CodeMirror editors for Rhai source + JSON
Replaces the four <textarea> usages with a CodeMirror 6 editor that
brings, just by being a real editor: syntax highlighting, line
numbers, bracket matching, multi-cursor, proper undo/redo, and
search/replace (Ctrl+F / Ctrl+H). Plus a Rhai-aware autocomplete and
a "Format JSON" button on the test-invoke panels.

Per discussion, deliberately did NOT add: LSP, go-to-definition,
Rhai formatter (none exists), or anything else IDE-shaped. The
existing CodeEditor component is wired so swapping the language
extension later is a one-line change.

Lay of the land (from the research pass):
  * No CodeMirror Rhai package exists on npm.
  * No Rhai formatter exists anywhere.
  * The Rhai authors publish a TextMate grammar at
    rhaiscript/vscode-rhai (MPL-2.0). We don't load the full
    grammar (would cost ~250KB of vscode-textmate + oniguruma);
    we cite it as the source-of-truth for our keyword/operator
    lists in a small custom StreamLanguage.
  * rhaiscript/lsp exists but is experimental + unmaintained
    since 2023; skipped.

Files:
  * dashboard/src/lib/editor-theme.ts — CodeMirror theme +
    HighlightStyle wired to the existing slate/sky palette so the
    editor blends into the cards instead of looking transplanted.
  * dashboard/src/lib/rhai-mode.ts — StreamLanguage tokenizer for
    Rhai with the upstream grammar's keyword/operator lists, plus
    a completion source pulling ctx.* / log::* from our SDK
    contract suite (the authoritative list).
  * dashboard/src/lib/CodeEditor.svelte — wraps EditorView with
    two-way $bindable() value, language picker ('rhai' | 'json'),
    placeholder, minHeight props. Guards against the update
    listener echoing parent-driven changes back as edits.
  * Replaces textareas in:
      routes/+page.svelte                 — create form source
      routes/scripts/[id]/+page.svelte    — Edit tab source +
                                            Test invoke body +
                                            headers
  * Format buttons next to the body/headers editors run
    JSON.stringify(JSON.parse(value), null, 2); errors surface

  * +~430KB to the CodeMirror chunk in dashboard build (~150KB
    gzipped on the wire). Lazy-loaded — only fetched when a route
    that uses CodeEditor renders.

Restructures the script detail page from one wall of cards into a
focused four-tab layout. Each tab does one thing well:

  * Edit       source editor + Test invoke panel (the existing
               quick-iteration loop, unchanged in shape)
  * Routing    routes table + add-route form with live kind
               auto-detection + match-preview tool
  * Settings   name / description / timeout, plus a collapsible
               "Advanced sandbox" disclosure with the six Rhai
               limits (admin-ceiling-validated server-side)
  * Executions the existing log viewer, gets the room it deserves

Why four tabs (not two columns, not one tab per surface, not URL
sub-routes):
  * Two columns crowded out the routing UX, which is genuinely
    list+form-shaped and wants vertical space.
  * URL sub-routes (/scripts/{id}/routing) would let users
    bookmark a tab but cost a bunch of router files for a
    feature nobody asked for; tab state in $state is one line
    and gets us 95% of the UX.
  * Sandbox config tucked inside Settings' "Advanced" disclosure
    matches the 95%-never-touch reality without hiding it.

Routing tab highlights:
  * Path input + path-kind selector with live auto-detect: type
    /greet/:name and the kind selector flips to "param"; the
    user can override and the backend trusts the override (lets
    /greet/:name be matched literally if exact is selected).
  * Soft warning when selection mismatches the input shape — not
    blocking, with the rationale in the message.
  * Host kind auto-detect mirrors the path side (*.example.com →
    wildcard; non-empty literal → strict; empty → any).
  * Method dropdown defaults to ANY.
  * 409 conflicts render inline with the conflicting route's
    method/host/path so the user can read both at a glance.
  * Match-preview panel: synthetic URL + method → "matches THIS
    script" or "matches a DIFFERENT script" or "no match", with
    extracted params shown. Powered by /api/v1/admin/routes:match.
  * Full URLs in the routes list use the operator's
    PICLOUD_PUBLIC_BASE_URL from /version.

Settings tab:
  * Name / description / timeout editable from the UI for the
    first time (previously only source was).
  * "Advanced sandbox" details element collapsed by default;
    six number inputs with placeholder "(default)" meaning
    "use platform default for this knob". Save sends a fresh
    sandbox object; ceiling errors surface as the manager's 422
    message inline.

API client (dashboard/src/lib/api.ts):
  * Adds `Route`, `RouteInput`, `CheckRouteResponse`,
    `MatchRouteResponse`, `ScriptSandbox`, `VersionInfo` types.
  * Adds `api.routes.{listForScript,create,remove,check,match}`.
  * Adds `api.version()`.
  * `UpdateScriptInput` gains `sandbox`.

route-utils.ts:
  * `guessPathKind`, `guessHostKind` heuristics.
  * `pathKindMismatchWarning` for the soft-warning UX.

07e2a62d98 feat: custom routing — bind scripts to your own URLs
Scripts can now answer at user-chosen paths (e.g. /greet, /greet/:name,
/webhooks/*), on user-chosen hosts (strict or *.example.com wildcards),
on user-chosen methods. The internal /api/v1/execute/{id} endpoint
stays as the always-available ID-based bypass.

Routing rules (decided in design with the user; see chat history):

  Path kinds:
    exact   /greet              literal
    prefix  /greet/*            strict-subtree; stored as "/greet/";
                                does NOT match bare /greet (add an
                                exact route for that case)
    param   /users/:id          :name captures one whole segment;
                                mid-segment colons are rejected;
                                {name} is reserved for a future SDK

  Host kinds:
    any                         no Host header constraint
    strict  sub.example.com     literal match (case-insensitive)
    wildcard *.example.com      suffix match; multi-level subdomains OK

  Within-kind uniqueness:
    two routes of the same kind that could match the same request
    conflict at config time. Algorithm (orchestrator_core::routing::
    conflict):
      exact:  literal equality
      prefix: literal equality (longer-prefix coexists; longer wins
              at request time)
      param:  same segment count + same literals at every
              literal-vs-literal position (the user's example:
              :id vs :userId at same shape is a conflict)

  Request-time precedence:
    exact > param > prefix
    among non-exact: more leading-literal segments wins
    tie: param > prefix (more constrained)
    within prefix: longest matching prefix wins
    host bucket: strict > wildcard (longer suffix) > any; fall through
    to less specific buckets when path doesn't match

  Reserved path prefixes: /api/, /admin/, /healthz, /version

  Routes that look invalid at config time return 422 with the precise
  parse error; conflicting routes return 409 with the conflicting route
  in the body (so the dashboard can render the conflict inline).

What landed:

  * 0003_routes.sql — routes table (host_kind, host, host_param_name,
    path_kind, path, method, script_id) with UNIQUE index on the
    literal binding tuple. Schema 2 → 3.

  * shared::Route / HostKind / PathKind — flat storage shape that
    crosses wire boundaries cleanly.

  * orchestrator_core::routing — four sub-modules, all unit-tested:
      pattern.rs (16 tests)  parse + validate + display
      conflict.rs (12 tests) within-kind overlap predicate
      matcher.rs (12 tests)  runtime dispatch (specificity-aware)

  * manager-core::route_admin — five new admin endpoints under
    /api/v1/admin:

                                       (powers the dashboard's
                                       live conflict warning)

    Stored path strings stay raw (user-typed); normalization
    happens only in the in-memory CompiledRoute so re-parses are
    idempotent.

  * orchestrator_core::api::user_routes_router — fallback handler
    mounted in picloud after the system routes. Reads Host /
    method / path / query from the request, dispatches via the
    table, builds an ExecRequest with params/query/rest filled,
    calls the executor, writes to the log sink. 10 MiB body cap.

  * executor-core::ctx (SDK 1.0 → 1.1) — adds
      ctx.request.params  (map of named-param captures)
      ctx.request.query   (parsed query string)
      ctx.request.rest    (suffix for prefix routes; "" otherwise)
    All three are always present (empty when not applicable) so
    scripts can read them unconditionally.

  * picloud::build_app — now async; loads routes at startup,
    populates the shared table, mounts route_admin_router under
    /api/v1/admin alongside the script CRUD, and the user-routes
    fallback at the app root.

  * caddy/Caddyfile + Caddyfile.prod widened: anything not
    /healthz, /version, /api/v1/admin/*, /api/v1/execute/*,
    /api/* (404 sunset), or /admin/* (dashboard) → picloud.

  * Dashboard moves to /admin/* via SvelteKit paths.base. Its
    internal Caddy strips the prefix and serves with SPA fallback.
    All in-app links use $app/paths. The dashboard URL is now
    http://localhost:8000/admin/ — one-time break for the new
    URL freedom users gained.

  * PICLOUD_PUBLIC_BASE_URL env var, exposed via /version so the
    dashboard renders full URLs for routes regardless of the
    operator's external port / TLS setup.

  * memory_limit_mb stays in the schema, still v1.3+ advisory.

Verified live through Caddy:

  * 40 routing unit tests (pattern + conflict + matcher tables)
  * 14 executor-core unit tests (one new for ctx.request.params/
    query/rest exposure)
  * 32 integration tests (10 new for routing CRUD + dispatch +
    conflict + reserved + specificity tie-break + match preview +
    delete invalidation + /version returns public_base_url)
  * default cargo test --workspace stays green; opt-in via
    DATABASE_URL + --include-ignored for the integration suite

Bumps: schema 2 → 3; SDK 1.0 → 1.1; product 0.3.0 → 0.4.0.

777f4af628 feat: persist execution logs + dashboard detail view + integration tests
Three threads landing together because they share a public surface
(the new execution_log shape) and verifying any one in isolation
would mean re-doing the work later.

== (A) execution log persistence ==

  * shared::ExecutionLog + ExecutionStatus carry the audit-trail
    shape that flows from the orchestrator through the sink and
    back out via the manager's logs endpoint.

  * shared::ExecutionLogSink trait — abstraction the orchestrator
    writes through. In single-process MVP mode the manager's
    Postgres-backed impl is plugged in directly; in cluster mode
    (v1.3+) the orchestrator's impl will post over HTTP to the
    manager. Trait lives in `shared` so neither *-core crate has
    to know about the other.

  * manager-core::PostgresExecutionLogSink writes to the
    execution_logs table (already in the initial migration);
    PostgresExecutionLogRepository reads them back, paginated.
    AdminState now carries both a script repo and a log repo, so
    `admin_router` exposes `GET /scripts/{id}/logs?limit=&offset=`
    capped at 200 rows per page to keep the dashboard responsive.

  * orchestrator-core::DataPlaneState gains `log_sink`. The
    execute handler builds an ExecutionLog on every outcome —
    success, error, timeout, budget-exceeded — and awaits the
    sink. Sink failures are logged at warn and DO NOT mask the
    user-facing result, since "we couldn't write the audit row"
    is a separate concern from "the script ran".

  * picloud binary refactored into a lib (`build_app(pool)` is
    the seam) + thin bin shell. Same Postgres pool backs the
    script repo, the log repo, and the sink — no double pool.

== (B) dashboard ==

  * Typed API client extended with `scripts.logs(id, opts)`,
    `scripts.update/remove`, and `execute(id, body, headers)`.
    Plain `fetch` wrapper now surfaces server-side error
    messages via a typed ApiError so the UI can render them.

  * `/` — create-script form now actually creates; on success
    the list reloads. List entries link to detail.

  * `/scripts/[id]` — new detail route: source editor with save
    (calls update, version bumps); Test invoke panel that sends
    arbitrary JSON body + headers to /api/execute and shows the
    response; Recent executions panel reading from /logs with
    expandable per-row request/response/script-log views.
    Delete button with confirm. SPA-routed; Caddy serves
    `build/` with the same index.html fallback.

== (C) integration tests ==

  * crates/picloud/tests/api.rs — 14 sqlx::test cases driving
    `build_app` through an axum_test::TestServer against a fresh
    Postgres DB per test. Covers: health, full script CRUD,
    duplicate-name conflict, invalid-source rejection on both
    create and update, execute echoing the body, status+header
    passthrough, 404 on missing scripts, error-path executions
    landing in the audit log with the right status.

  * Tests are `#[ignore]` by default so plain `cargo test
    --workspace` stays green without infrastructure. Opt-in via:

       cargo test -p picloud --test api -- --include-ignored`

Verified live through Caddy on :8000: three logged invocations
land in the logs endpoint with the right structured `data` on
each `log::info`/`log::warn`, error-path executions are still
captured with status=error, dashboard list + SPA detail route
both reachable.

dca36a30d2 feat(dashboard): scaffold SvelteKit SPA for control plane
SvelteKit 2 + Svelte 5 (runes) + TS, built with `adapter-static`
into a single SPA bundle that Caddy serves verbatim in production.
The dashboard targets only `/api/admin/*` (manager); data-plane
invocations go through the orchestrator, not through here.

  * Vite dev server proxies `/api` and `/healthz` to PICLOUD_API
    (default `http://127.0.0.1:18080` to match the picloud bind
    override). Port configurable via PICLOUD_DASHBOARD_PORT.
  * `src/lib/api.ts` is a thin typed client over the control-plane
    paths; the scripts placeholder route shows the "load → error →
    list" shape so the missing-API state is informative, not blank.
  * SSR disabled at the layout level: the build is a pure SPA, no
    Node runtime is required at serve time.
  * `npm run check` and `npm run build` both green; `npm audit`
    clean (cookie override pins past the SvelteKit transitive
    advisory that doesn't apply in SPA mode).
