The play-tested F5/F6 work, off main, as a reviewable PR. Again: re-propose, do not rewrite.

Three stated checks, because two of them would otherwise ship unexamined

  1. F5/F6 behaviour — the snap and the sweep as the corrected findings describe them.
  2. F4 — does the plate appear immediately on Ⓐ#2? F4 stopped being separable: port/scripts/boot.gd implements it inside the F5 work ("the second of the three Ⓐ presses (the plate snap)"). It is a 🔴 finding of its own and it gets its own pass/fail here, or it ships unchecked under an F5 heading.
  3. 🔴 The citations must resolve on main after this merges. boot.gd cites docs/re/f5-a-press-snaps-the-plate.md and docs/re/f5-snap-target-undecodable-with-reach.md. Neither file is on this branch, and neither is on main — both live on the Decoder's. That is the 41 %-of-citations-not-resolving failure, arriving in the first commit we review.

Blocked on the findings landing first.

Not in scope: the snap target. f5-snap-target-undecodable-with-reach.md classifies it undecodable-with-reach — every value in [160, 238) renders an identical frame. Closed deliberately; do not reopen it.

Recovered. auto/port-p6-audio was deleted from the server during the 2026-09-17 cleanup, and the tip 0148cb8 was never in a PR, so nothing referenced it. The work is now branch recover/port-f5-f6 (bfb021c): all 84 files the branch changed relative to its fork point e53d687, which is the snapshot's parent — that is 0148cb8's tree minus the 854 exported game assets it carried (export-probe/, export-probe2/, three .wav renders of game audio, adv-v2-screenlog.tsv). Verified: it differs from the original tip by exactly those assets and nothing else.

The 366 commits were not kept. Keeping them would make those assets reachable in this repo again, so this is one snapshot commit, authored to the port agent with the provenance in its message. The originals survive unreferenced in this repo's object store and in the desktop clone (local branch archive/port-p6-audio) until either is garbage-collected — so anything else wanted from that history should be taken soon.

auto/port-p5-menu-navigation and human/r1-retro-tick were ancestors of the branch, so their work is in the snapshot too; the OPTIONS slice for #6 is recover/options-menu. docs/port/DECISIONS.md still refers to the excluded exports by name — the exporter regenerates them from the disc.

Still open here: the reviewable PR, which now needs a rebase over the 613 commits main has gained since the fork point.
